A focused Fevezo venture

Built to make one operational decision clearer.

RiserScout is a pilot-stage opportunity intelligence product for fire-protection contractors. It gathers supported permit and project records in a bounded launch geography, normalizes them, and explains why a record may be relevant to saved territory, trade, project-size, and pursuit rules. The product is not a permitting authority and cannot guarantee coverage, completeness, or timeliness. It is designed to focus attention, not to replace official records or contractor judgment.

Why this exists

RiserScout helps fire-protection contractors find early project and permit signals without asking a business-development team to search every jurisdiction manually. A contractor defines its territory, specialties, minimum project threshold, desired building or permit types, exclusions, and routing preferences. The system then evaluates supported public or licensed sources, normalizes records, links each signal back to its evidence, and explains why it may deserve review.

How Fevezo relates

RiserScout is an officially adopted customer-facing venture in the Fevezo portfolio. Its product identity leads. The quiet Fevezo endorsement signals a shared standard of evidence, restraint, accessibility, security, and operational credibility; it does not turn the five ventures into one confusing customer product.

The Virginia fictitious name RiserScout is effective under Fevezo LLC as of 2026-08-26. Contracts, invoices, and approved legal pages may use “Fevezo LLC d/b/a RiserScout.” This verified legal display does not itself imply public activation, product availability, trademark registration, or comprehensive legal clearance.

Operating model

Qualification, proof, standard terms, onboarding, routine support, cancellation, export, and deletion are designed as a fully self-service path with no required sales, discovery, implementation, or onboarding meeting.

Current stage

Launch geography and source rights must pass before any live feed is offered. Claims about coverage, accuracy, security, savings, uptime, or customer outcomes will be added only after evidence supports them.
